I was hired as a receptionist at Icon Regency Hotel without receiving an offer letter or any training. On my first day, I was told that I would receive my offer letter on my first day of work, but I never received it. was also given no training on how to use the hotel's system software or how to perform my job duties.

On my second day of work, I was simply given the hotel's system and told to make a booking and check guest management. I was not given any instructions or explanations, and when I did not use the software properly, I was scolded. I felt like I was being treated like an old employee or a seasoned professional, when in reality I was new to the job and needed more training.

I understand that different properties have different processes, but it is important to train new employees on the specific processes of the hotel where they will be working. I was not given any training, and as a result, I felt unprepared and incompetent. I am feeling very disappointed and frustrated with my experience at Icon...

I recently visited Bhagini Restaurant and had the pleasure of trying their chicken biryani and cream of mushroom soup. I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and taste of both dishes.
