Stayed for 5 days, 6 nights. The first impression itself was disastrous, as soon as I entered the room - the Bedsheets had stains, Washroom had a used condom and hair lying near the drainage. Even after getting the room service wherein 8 guys came rushing just to enjoy the view in the washroom, the room was not cleaned properly. Had to request many times for A/C, TV functioning remotes. Cockroaches crawl in the night through the A/C connecting pipe hole in the wall.
Had a checkout after 3 days and due to unforseen circumstances, had to extend the stay, wherein the Owner argued with me canceling the booking since I paid entire amount online, explaining to me how he took a loan of 3Cr and is paying 6 lakh per month as EMI. Only once I explained to him that I have a lineage in IRS did he realize no point in arguing any further and went ahead with the extension. The thing that I found somewhat strange was the fact similar to Uber/Ola drivers across Bengaluru wherein they get the customer through a 3rd party aggregator but at the same time want to forgo the commission for getting the clients through the platform. As such they expect you to cancel the booking on the 3rd party platform and pay them the commission fees thinking that the consumer is unaware about the rates. (Eg: Travel by Auto with Meter and the cost will come upto max 40 Rs for 3 Kms, Uber/Ola charges ~55 Rs for 3 kms and then imagine paying 15 Rs for just getting connected to a driver because if one tries to catch an auto on roadside they will ask 100+ Rs for the same distance. Basically, looting consumers due to their compulsions). The owner expects 1000 Rs in-hand for a room citing the reason that he gets only 750 with 150 deducted from the total for OYO commission fees when booked online. {Just imagine you have 60 rooms in hand, even if 30 are filled everyday total comes upto 30K per day which for a month is 9 lakhs and then add in the amount of times one gives the spare rooms for bachelors on hourly basis of 800 per 2 hours for even 10 rooms, 3 times a day for a month totaling approx 3.6 lakhs. And this is all the Minimum hypothesis} Also, no proper amenities like Water Geyser, or Room service and responsiveness in due time. The Bedsheets, Towels and Towel like FootMats are cleaned together such that nothing is properly clean. Have to contact more than 3 times to get things done except for when ordering overpriced room service menu items.

Also in bathroom few taps are not working. Even toilet flush also didn't work sometimes. This hotel is having water and power issues. Lift is available.

My first visit was okay with only room cleanliness issues. But this time I booked for 2 days through OYO app and paid online(RS.1042). While checkin the hotel staff asked me to pay extra 956 rupees. They said what ever I paid online is less and as per the hotel policy for double bedroom 999 is the minimum charge. I asked them why this was discussed with OYO. They simply said if you need room pay now or else try to check with OYO customer care. I tried to reach OYO customer care and it was not connected. Also there are network issues in the hotel. Since I came with my wife and 2 kids I was not able to wait long and had no other options to stay. So simply paid that extra amount and completed the checkin.
The room is okay but no network coverage and the wifi also very slow and not stable. Then I tried reaching OYO customer care through chat and they asked me to reach them with bill after checkout. So that they will refund the extra amount. I don't know whether this people will provide the bill. While asked for the bill they said during checkout they will give. But I don't have trust on them.
Currently I am staying in hotel. There is no hot water. Really worst experience this time.
OYO really need to improve their partner policies. I suggest people who are trying to book this hotel through online, better check with hotel about pricing on call before coming. Also if possible try to avoid. The only reason why I booked this again is the location (near to hope farm)

Throughout my travels, I have stayed in numerous hotels, but I have never had such a terrible experience. It's not always about the money; after all, they are in the service sector. Unfortunately, this hotel fails to meet even the most basic standards of service. I have stayed in hotels costing as little as 400 rs/day and even ones charging 10k/day, and I must say that even the 400 rs hotel provided better service for the price.
They reception lady and one small boy is their they both were so rude and disrespecting to us and this is something i never will accept such and unethical behavior of them. The receptionists don't even know how to behave or speak politely with customers. In front of me, the lady receptionist called the manager to ask whether they could provide a room to me after knowing how much I had paid. I had already waited for two hours, and they couldn't even provide a vacant room before attending to me.
I strongly recommend that you consider other hotels in the area instead of this one. You will UNDOUBTEDLY REGRET choosing to stay here. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a refund, so I had to endure one night here. The following day, I changed hotels and received excellent service elsewhere. I never intend to leave negative feedback for any business, but some establishments desperately need to update themselves and prioritize customer satisfaction over money.
They did not provide towels, and I even found a cockroach in the dirty room's and smelly toilet. I was aware of the receptionist's behavior, so I decided not to complain and simply stayed in the room to sleep, spending most of my time outside.
