One of worst restaurants I ever came across. I had a very bad experience yesterday. I ordered romali roti and chilli chicken to have something different than i used to have. I waited for 15-20 mins and then came the romali. When I touched it , I realised that its icy cold in few parts of it and understand that it was heated from refrigerator. Also surprised to see it was not fully cooked. When I complained and it one guy said its fresh then I asked coming from ground floor to 1st floor , will it be this cold? then the facial expression of him has changed suddenly and I could read from his face that it they did a mistake.When i complained, then they taken it back and heated again and delivered again. Again it looked half cooked. This time I really got angry and i said i dont need food and left the place and moved to the cash counter. I was more surprised to see they didn’t even said sorry rather they asked the waiter to give some fresh one’s. Later I had ordered kerala porotta than romali. As it was already 10:15 pm night, I was so hungry and didn’t want to shout much and I had it and paid for it. Even porotta as well it was not properly cooked. Wondering how this kind of restaurants run here. Never will recommend anyone. All people don’t even know how to treat their customers and make them happy.Such...

After visiting 2 times on the third visit I am writing this I have visited around 3 pm yesterday and observed this... All seats were full on top but no one is there at least to tell to wait for a table, big dust bin kept in the floor itself, floor was so dirty no one bothered to clean, after waiting for 10 mins got the seat and guy cleaned the table with a sticking cloth I was about to vomit and then I changed thr table which was cleaned avg and then I ordered the food which took it's own time to come parota, chicken curry and mutton biryani the parota was not hot chicken curry was taste less and the mutton biryani the onions inside was sticking some how we were hungry we had to finish the lunch and then we ordered for a lemon tea for digesting all this bad stuff... The lemon tea was so bad ... Even road side vendor does a better lemon tea... It was of hot water with sugar........ I had a lot of expectation after your new launch but still you have to improve a lot.... One more the the counter which the items are displayed outside all items are not at all fresh.... Pls look into this. Once you allow customer's go disappointed like this they'll never...
