Itsy Hotels Worldtree Itpl — Hotel in Bengaluru

We are a regular customer at treebo. We chose treebo because it is a trusted brand. Services in treebo hotels are usually good. But in this particular hotel the hotel supervisor was very rude to us. We asked for room cleaning and at that time we were actually had plans of going out and at that time it was 5:20 pm. The supervisor told us that room service is unavailable post 5 pm in all treebo trip hotels and that it is written In one of the policies of treebo trip hotels and that it's available online. We searched through the policies online but we couldn't find any such policy. Also that day at 4:20 pm we asked the supervisor for a comb for which he took 40 mins to get it to us. So basically we got late because of him. Also while doing the reservation for this hotel we were guaranteed a room with balcony which we didn't get. Note:- we are also a regular customer at this particular hotel and late room services, AC not working, unclean washroom and getting a room without balcony when we reserved a room with balcony, has happened before and not once. In all we were very unsatisfied with the stay and we wanted to complain. But the hotel supervisor(the bald one with specs and cunning smile with malyali accent) was very rude to us. He was not even a bit apologetic about late room services and unavailability of room services post 5 pm, which triggered us more. He also asked us to terminate our stay for the night as if he is paying for our stay and find some other property. He also told us that if we complain on treebo website then we will get our refund back for 1 night, which we didn't and he knew that we wouldn't get it. So basically he tricked us (told you before that he had a cunning smile). For that night we also booked a different hotel by treebo trends . Overall very poor service....

Positive: The internet was very poor there were short hairs on the floor the windows looked out on to walls and most shockingly the living room has a security camera within the private space. This must be illegal, I only noticed it once I was leaving the room.. I consider this a shocking invasion of privacy. If you insist on this intrusion you must warn the guest so they can choose to stay somewhere else if they don’t want to be filmed in private. I cancelled my booking for a later stay there for all of these reasons.. If you are coming from GR tech park side there will be a supermarket on your left (loyal city supermarket) ....just ahead of the supermarket there is left turn . This turn is between the supermarket and the society samudha madhuram ....take the left and travel for about a 1km....you will pass an eye hospital on the way which would be on your left....keep on following the road till you see a restaurant named dosa point. Take a left from dosa point and the hotel will reveal itself.

All cab apps and Google maps show the exact correct route till the hotel. Just enter treebo peridot shelter and you should be good.

The hotel is one of the better budget accommodations in the Whitefield area. Clean rooms... beddings need to be improved though. Every room is a 1 bhk with bathroom, kitchen bedroom. They have free 500 mb/day wifi... breakfast is good and complementary..there is television in the rooms. Just next to the hotel there are two restaurants- serving dosa and north...
