Itsy Hotels Kozy Rooms — Hotel in Bengaluru

This is a very bad place to spend one minute also . I booked this place in hurry and went through trauma. For starters the place is managed by people who doesn’t know customers need to be treated with some level of respect . The place is so dirty that a garbage bin would seem to look better. Secondly when I asked to change stained smelly bedsheet and pillow they told they will pay back money and I can get out at midnight . If u don’t believe see the pics . If u don’t believe me still go and knock your brains out yourselves. The care taker told for 3000 r/s you get this only with an attitude .

It's located in HSR layout and everything is close by so great location. It's a bit difficult to locate the hotel in the beginning, Hotel is nothing but rooms on 3rd and 4th floor of a building. Staff is courteous and attentive. Rooms are decent size and pretty clean. Bathroom is also ok. Furniture provided is not of great quality so dont expect much. Towels given are very old and dated. Wifi in general was great but kept dropping every once in a while. Overall my stay was good, i got what i paid for, nothing more...

Shockingly disappointed. No TV, AC was functioning as a blower and intercom was not working. It was more annoying that no body was present in the reception after receiving the payment. No board was visibly found. Morning breakfast was brought after one hour and we could see the person while we were out for business. Irritating behavior of the main staff at the reception. Don't ever choose Treebo Trend Kozy and for that matter...
