Extremely unprofessional and unreliable

This laundry service promised free delivery but completely failed to deliver on their commitment. On the expected delivery date, we received no call or update. We tried contacting them multiple times over the week but got no response.

Four days past the promised date, we had no choice but to go and collect the laundry ourselves. They did not bother to deliver as promised, nor did they inform us when the order was ready. They ignored our calls entirely.

When we asked about the delay and lack of professionalism, the owner gave a flimsy excuse about his phone not working. We called him on the spot and confirmed his phone was working perfectly — making it clear this was just an excuse.

This is not the first time either. Earlier, I had given my shoes for cleaning and faced the exact same issue — no communication, missed delivery date, and eventually I had to go pick it up myself.

Excellent Service...This was our first order & experience with White Tiger Dry Cleaners and it turned out be quite a satisfying one. From booking to pickup to delivery it was hassle free, no follow ups. Since this was our first try with this Laundry, we only tried a couple of high end cloths along with our regular cloths which was cleaned to our satisfaction. We are now willing to try with more of our high end cloths of different materials. Hopefully they will live up to the expectations and provide an excellent laundry as they did...
