So you came upon this hotel while looking up some options to stay at in or near Yeshwanthpur station. Looking at the photographs you feel this is a good place, but DO NOT BE FOOLED! Here's a gist of my experience, which is basically a series of purposely created unfortunate events. (If you're short on time, skip to point 3 which is the most important one): 1. The Hotel Change Fiasco- I arrived at the hotel as demarcated on MMT as well as google maps. The time I arrived was at about 10:00 p. M. (No time to get away from here, or I would have! ). At the reception, on telling the receptionist that I am the only one who's going to be staying, I was transferred to another location by Mr. Supreet (the Manager) on his Activa..! :D (Lol! Here's what's more wrong with this- I had booked a hotel close to the Yeshwanthpur railway station as I had a train to catch the next day. Udupi Park Inn practically tried to ensure I was at my inconvenient best..! Even on requesting them multiple times, they did not provide me accommodation in the "hotel" I had booked 2. The "No Iron" problem- This might sound like a small problem to some people Reading the post, but I had a full formal event the next day. I picked his "hotel" as it was closer to the BIEC. However, I wasn't aware how bad my choice was until I got here. On asking for an iron at 10:00 p I was told neither do they have an iron and neither can they arrange for any ironing at that time. They mentioned that they'd be able to get ironing done in the morning at about 7:00 a. So I agreed. Come 7:00 a no iron and I was also told it wasn't possible. It would be available only in the evening. Now, imagine heading into a major event with crumpled clothes- well that's how I was that day 3. The BIG problem- ROOM CHANGE- Usually, all of us give the keys at the reception while leaving a hotel for cleaning. But wait a minute, do you ever think "Oh my god, this hotel could change my room, and that too giving a flimsy reason to push in another guest! ".. No right? Well, if you've picked this place, think exactly that! I returned back at 10:00 p. Again after my event only to find that the staff had changed my room AND moved my luggage without my prior consent or, at least, some intimation to me. I was shifted to a MUCH smaller room even though I had paid for a Deluxe room. But what really annoyed me was someone touching my luggage and all other stuff in my room without my permission. I simply asked the people there "if I pick up your stuff and place it somewhere else within this hotel, will you be fine with that? I got my answer through their blank faces. Appalling right? And on top of this, the reasons I got were: A. There was a problem with the flush. B. "We thought you had a hot water problem, that hot water wasn't coming"- (I didn't call or tell anyone any such thing). C. (Probably the real reason and the most amusing one yet) There was another party who needed that room on "Emergency"..! (Well, where in the world did I check in, a hotel or a hospital The manager Supreet will come of NO help to you and he's probably the guy behind all these mess-ups. 4. The return of the (ironed clothes- After giving clothes for ironing, you would expect that the clothes would come back crisp and nice and ready to wear the next day. Oh but wait, were you at Udupi Inn? If you were, then do NOT expect the normal! You shall be granted everything but the usual at the Udupi Inn Hotel (read: Lodge). The clothes that came "ironed" were seemingly as crumpled as I had provided them. By this point, it was clear to me that nothing could be done about this place. So there you have it. There are probably no positives about this place. It is average in every other sense and ridiculous considering my experience highlighted above. Take care, stay safe, stay away from...

They denied check in after booking, for luggage. We had only 6 bags, #OYO has no such rule. Even Oyo was telling them to let us check in, but they already had sold the room for cash to someone else. Oyo was helpless and at the mercy of staff, they have no control over the hotels. The staff were behaving like the owner and even threatened us. After sometime they said they could give us a non AC room for the price of AC room, when we checked the room, we found out there were cockroaches all over. Fortunately #Goibibo helped us get...
