Oyo rooms are becoming fake nd irresponsible...oyo management's and oyo hotels room owners making difficulty nd both are different rules...they shows different rules while we check in they put us in headache ...oyo management never resolves our problems...we thought oyo are only good but it's too bad experience every time..In oyo app they shows different amount and while check in they start quarreling by demanding more expensive amount If we reject to give that much demanded amount they refuse to give keys of the room...we have to struggle a lot to get room in oyo ...they showed discounts also but no use of the that discounts...they never ever give that discounts they demand more amount ....oyo becoming worst...we have to found other apps to book nd...

I suggest not to take this room, not at all OYO Standards, no lift service, room price depends on single/double 800/900 + 300 check in charges without bill, they won't provide you glass or water, if you want water you have to come down & pay and take it, you can see few guyz aged 17-21 they won't help you. In room you can find nice Cockroaches tiny to bigger sizes in the bed, cupboards & under the bed aswell, room with no fragrance at all, Dummy TV can be noticed in Room. If you order from swiggy/Zomato either delivery person should come to 4th Floor or you have to collect in the ground floor, no one will bring your package.Mainly in washroom there is no privacy from the window anyone can see inside, if you are traveling with your Family STRONGLY NOT...

Never ever book rooms in OYO unless you are desperate. The images mentioned in the app is very different than actual. Very dirty rooms and the many amenities mentioned was not available at all!!!!! Including basic amenities like AC and Parking (which was mentioned in the site). I am 100% sure that any personnel from 'OYO' has never visited this property. The receptionist was rude and careless, there was no scent of customer service in any of his words. I lost my 100% (1100/-) of my booking amount and got a refund of 250/- i.e. the tax amount which I had paid earlier.... I have been cheated by the OYO and the property owner.
It was my first visit to an OYO and it will my last also. Thanks to OYO for their good...
