Urban Inn — Hotel in Bengaluru

My experience with Urban Inn was worst. One of the young staff named Akbar was very rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers especially ladies. I went in early morning next day of my booking to stay just for a few hours, no one present at the reception.akbar was sleeping there. We had to wake him up and he was rude since then. The inn was on second floor without any escalator. When my wife with the child went to call someone for luggage help, Akbar told to bring the luggage all by ourselves. Then he claimed to be the manager himself. It was really horrible experience. I had to wait for half an hour downstairs waiting for someone to come and help. At last I had to call up the manager who sent Akbar only after 15 mins. Manager named Anand was still polite with us and he apologized on Akbar's behalf. Next came the breakfast which was supposed to be included. Only idli and dosa were the options and that too was got from outside outlet. Only one item was supposed to be provided by them as my room tariff (900 approximately) was less according to them. I had to pay from my pocket for the extra breakfast. I would highly recommend not to visit this place until you don't get any other place to stay...

I rate this place very high because of several reasons: The place who are maintaining are very rude They donot have the amenities which they have mentioned in the OYO app. There is not lift in the property as it’s in the second floor of the building. Everytime you ask a doubt, the Care taker calculate the number of times he as answered your questions and poke you everytime. The wifi is weak and you need to beg for the login credentials for every device you have. One login credentials is valid only on one device. It’s not a family friendly property. But it’s good for couple that’s what I felt. The geyser is not so great.

I recently rented this property with my family so I could give a feedback what o experienced. I wish everybody who books this property have a good time. If you could survive from all the above things then it’s best...

Very poor service, receptionist of this hotel is the most clueless person I ever encountered in my life,he has no idea of what's happening around him , I paid for extra bed and what I get is thinest possible matters and even after that person has the audacity to just left mattress and pillow ain my room,he didn't even bother to make that bed ... Thetly didn't even provide us with basic amenities like towel, my dad went to desk twice and get everything for us on his own , room lights were flickering, tap was broken , overall bad service and specially that rude...
