RESTAURANT PEOPLE THREATENED ME & MY FRIEND!!!!!!

I'd rather stay hungry but won't make this mistake of visiting this restaurant to have food. These guys talk to you nicely before entering their restaurant and after that they show their true colour. The guy with blue tshirt in this picture is owner of this restaurant and he was threatening us only for ₹20/-.

The reason behind that was, before ordering we asked them whether the chicken masala in their menu was boneless, they said it'll be completely boneless and hence we ordered. When the food arrived, we found there were 6-7 chicken pieces out of which 5 pieces had bones. My friend was not in a condition to have chicken with bone. The price of the dish was high due to which they lied that it was boneless so that we could buy it.

After receiving the dish we asked them to change it as it had bone in it, but they said there were only small bones but there were not. We showed them each time whenever we got bone with the chicken but they were ignoring us.

Later then during billing, our bill was ₹320/- and I told them I'll be paying ₹300/- due to the bone issue. The owner was in the reception and he started fighting with me for ₹20/- instead of apologizing for their mistake.

He denied me to pay ₹20/- less, came out of the reception desk and pulled me with my tshirt proving he was a goon. But I did not move and then he started fighting with my friend.

We were not Bangalore locals he knew that because we were speaking in Hindi. He started threatening us for this ₹20/-. We asked him why he was fighting and said we will complain this thing. He asked us to do whatever we wanted to. He even said to call the police too, and said they'll see us afterwards wherever we live. Is this the way a hotel/restaurant owner should behave?

I struck to my point and paid ₹20/- less and came out of the restaurant to click this picture and the owner (the guy in blue tshirt) came out and he also took my picture and threatened me and my friend.

If this is how Bangalore'e restaurants work, then this is the worst place...

Worst place to visit for food. Quality of meat is too worst . Price may be reasonable but definitely we may be hospitalized for the meat .We may have to wait for pretty long for food .Kabab was like the old meat recooked in oil and literally dripping when we lift the piece to eat finally had to satisfy my hunger with the rice he served .which was boiled to pongal kichadi consitancy. Today i went to eat some non veg in this hotel, I ordered tandoori bone less one plate and tast not at all like tandoori I asked person who served me, why it's not like tandoori he openly told me today Monday our tandoori master is on leave so that only test was not upto mark I was shoked at that moment there are some many hotels which will give best tast for RS/-200 and he told come next time I will try to gaive one pice extra my suggestion to not step in this...
