Hot & Crunchy Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Madhya Pradesh

It is my first and also the worst ever experience.👎👎👎👎👎(-5) Let's start with order..

1. while placing the order an additional GST added which on that floor(food court) no one adds which is totally unknown, it is not a question of additional 5% it is a question of making it hidden and while asking the SO CALLED MANAGER he pointed out the tax info. Over a plank with hand written as TAX EXTRA.. which is totally unprofessional.

2)we ordered CHICKEN BURGER but we received CHICKEN "PATTY" BURGER which is clearly a mis-lead at this price range because at this price range MC.D and KFC can provide even the local franchise like Al baeik ,zam zam fast food and others are providing real CHICKEN (breast piece or atleast fried piece) BURGER and not playing with the words. Size was small no filling only some slices of tomato onion mayo and chicken Patty.. I mean seriously Is this a brand or a spot to get looted in 60secs.

3)the guy over the counter need some personality development lessons on how to handle customer query.

4. company should work on menu and food quality else today you lost 3customer slowly you will lose 30 to 300 to 3k to so on..

Also i would not suggest anyone to visit it. It's a waste of time, money, effort and most importantly MOOD. Again...
