This guy is trying to rip off people some service was good but they tried to rip off be careful they charge me two cups fee, one of them was broken and another was chipped off and we paid the charges without any argument. Then they called me again and showed me picture of pillow satin and asked money for the laundry😀. We argued about that and they said we have to pay for the laundry because they send sheets and pillow cover outside for the laundry.( As if they will give the same room to another costumer without doing any laundry). They we argued that there was no internet for whole one day there was no hot water coming nor they clean my room and give us some refund or credit, they still told us to pay and they didn't have answer for our question. We asked for manager, they said he is in the board meeting( nice excuse). We countied to ask for manager and they understood they were at fault and told us not to pay for the laundry. We stayed in this hotel from 22nd June to 25th 2024..  we were little bit worried after booking the hotel.. because I used to see all negative reviews before booking any hotel.. But we had very nice experience at the hotel. We booked to rooms with five people. Because of delay in flight we could reach the hotel by 11:45 p.m.. instead of 10. 00 pm but still they could manage dinner for us. Food was tasty. We could see genuine hospitality in the eyes right from security guard reception to housekeeping.. Breakfast has good variety. In 3 days we enjoyed poha aloo bonda and other varieties. Idli and sambar was awesome.. also one more good news that they have there other food court also where you can enjoy Italian, Chinese and pav bhaji items also with reasonable rates. .

While checking the hotel so many visitor were talking about the size of the rooms. I do agree rooms are not big enough but the hearts of the staff definitely big. .

Definitely we would love to enjoy this property in future...
