Hotel Disa — Hotel in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation

THIS TIME I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE STAY. Be careful before you plan your stay here. The hotel owner is so rude that you will barely find him human. Very arrogant and ill-mannered without a sense of compassion. The hotel is lacking any lift facility. There is no proper room service facility, I had gone for a checkup with family and we reached around 8:30 pm. I had to carry my luggage by self and nobody came forward for help, while they were standing besides and watching. They charged extra for one additional occupant which is fine but there was no additional facilities like extra towel, extra water bottle, extra soap for the additional occupant. There is no intercom telephone available and will have to search for people around to get your service catered to. The charges are also high compared to the quality and location of rooms. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHILE YOU PLAN YOUR STAY HERE. If someone is good that should be reflecting consistently in their behaviour and actions. These people are very bad in providing...

I travelled to BBSR for work purposes and needed a stay nearby to my office in an affordable price but also wanting a safe and clean stay. I got to know about this hotel from Google and when I visited I was amazed by how the rooms were. They were quite big, well equipped, clean, airy, a lot of proper natural light was there. The amenities are also great. It had AC, Cable TV, ample amount of lighting, ports, geyser. Bed was comfy too.

My stay was from 21st January till 2nd February which was quite a long stay. The hotel staffs have great attitude and they are always ready to help. There is a restaurant also in the hotel which solves your daily dinner problem. You can get foods there during breakfast and lunch hours as well.

Best place to stay within 100 metres of L V Prasad Eye Hospital, Patia, Bhubaneswar. Stayed there on 7th and 8th July 2024. My mother (aged approx 80 years) needed treatment at LVPEI. No complains. Booked directly with the hotel so got 24 hours check out. Got print out for air ticket. They called Ola / Uber cab for airport drop. Lift is not yet installed. Hope they do it real fast. The stairs at the entrance are a bit steep. Disa could construct a slope for the elderly. Disa needs to put exhaust fan in the toilets.
