The way to reception is very poor. They don't accept card, they made me walk to the ATM at 9.30 at night to withdraw cash as they only enter you on paying advance. Rooms are reeking of cigarettes, so are the mattresses. The fan was making an almost unbearable awful noise. 4.1 They had a defective inner latch. Which meant that I was not secure, as they could enter into the room using a duplicate key. I really had to argue with them to fix that 4.2. At 8.00 AM when I got down for breakfast , everyone was sleeping. The guy told me that it would take another 25 minutes the breakfast to get ready. I gave up on the idea of having breakfast. I opted for 2 days at first while booking, but that made me leave one day, since they have taken an advance from me for more than one day, they refused to pay me back the balance. I really had to spend a lot of time convincing OYO people. After I got the balance the lady on the phone gave a me lecture on how can I expect a clean room and all when people have no civic sense in general. Very...

I booked this hotel through Yatra. Com. But when I went to this hotel the receptionist asked me to show Oyo booking id and straight way said that I shall not be allowed to check in without oyo booking id. Next two hours I tried to convince him but all in vain. My family and child had to wait for two hours in a store room like room while I was trying to call yatra and oyo repeatedly. But ultimately nothing happened. So I had to book another hotel instantly and leave that hell. Later on yatra refunded my money after complain. Worst experience of online hotel booking and worst reception...

Average OYO hotel. The bad thing is that on google map it shows the lesser price than the price charged by the hotel owner... It does not suit for OYO. And another thing is there are not good hotel for eating in this area. You have to go to the last more to get some breakfast even Dominoz Delivery is also not available in this area named Sukanta nagar... To get food and other important necessities you have to go to the left to...
