Hotel Biraj International — Hotel in Bihar

Worst Hotel Ever, I usually stay at Hotel JMD International in Purnia, but this time around unfortunately rooms were not available in that Hotel and hence I had to stay in Hotel Biraj International. I would just say that this hotel had a Poor Hygiene, Dirty Linens and Towel, Taps and Shower were leaking, No charging point Near Bed and To Top it All The Manager Azad Hussain was rude and mannerless, he lacks the sophistication of a manager. They despite having a room empty and ready let you check-in early only on a condition that you will have to check-out at the same time the other day, as in if you check-in early at 10 AM today you will have to check-out at 10 AM tomorrow; ridiculous!

My complementary Breakfast was also not offered to me.

Also, they force to keep a copy of your Aadhar Card, which is totally a dishonour to the Landmark Judgement by The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in KS Puttuswamy VS Union of India case in 2018(Right to Privacy) where The Hon'ble Supreme Court Ruled thay A Hotel or any Institution that is not licensed by UIDAI to collect your Aadhar Data can not mandate it on customers to submit a copy of Aadhar.

So, I would not recommend this...

Rude staff behaviour . Hotel room not as expected and advertised . The rooms are not maintained well ...Intercom not working , tv remote without battery , door latch is broken in the inside , soiled bedsheets , etc . When asked to change the room was told that no more room was available and request can be later accommodated . After reminding two three times faced very rude behavior from hotel staff to the extent of asking us to cancel the room . Total...

I have visited this place for my ssc exams and damn i got more than my expectation , the hotel was far better than my expectation at such a place which is not that developed , the rooms are quiet and clean and the hotel charges are very reasonable . I got a double bed room in just 800rs/night , so if are visiting for a day or two you can surely consider it as an option...please like the review if it seems...
