This is not just a review — this is a serious warning to everyone who values hygiene and respectful customer service.

We ordered two pizzas — Margherita and Veggie Lover — from 7th Heaven Purnea for takeaway. We started eating them and had already finished almost half when suddenly we noticed something disgusting inside the pizza: A LIVE WORM was crawling under the cheese.

The shock, fear, and nausea we felt in that moment is hard to put into words. We immediately took photos and videos of the worm and tried to contact the restaurant — but guess what? No response at all.

And unfortunately, this wasn’t even our first bad experience with them. In a previous order, we found a hair inside a cake. When we raised the issue, instead of accepting responsibility, the owner blamed us, spoke very rudely, and acted like we were making false complaints. Yes, they gave a refund back then, but the tone was disrespectful and insulting.

This kind of repeated carelessness is not only disgusting, it's dangerous to health. It shows zero hygiene practices, zero accountability, and zero customer respect.

We trusted this place, especially because of their branding — but this experience shows the reality behind the kitchen. This is not how a food business should be run.

This used to be the best place to get cakes, confectionery and other of the like, with great service and customer support. But now they've fallen to terrible service, mediocre food, not-so-good-anymore worn out decor. Going to this place used to be an experience, it's not anymore. First, they don't get your order right more than 60% of the time. In the case of delivery, it's worse. You just don't get the item you ordered. It's okay if they don't have it available, but they should atleast enlist that on the ordering platform. 2nd, I've been a fan of 7th heaven's delicious desserts and confectioneries since day 1.
