Pizza Hut | Navratan Hata, Purnia — Restaurant in Bihar

I recently ordered from Pizza Hut through Swiggy and was extremely disappointed with both the quality of the food and the missing items in my order. I placed an order for two items:

Create Your Flavour Fun Combo - Box of 2 - Veg Pizza

Sprinkled Fries - New

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The Sprinkled Fries were missing from my delivery altogether, even though they were clearly listed on the bill and I was charged for them. This leads me to believe either the restaurant failed to send them, or the delivery partner didn't deliver the item — either way, I was charged for something I didn't receive.

The Veg Pizza that was delivered was also of very poor quality. It was burnt and completely lacked cheese, as shown in the attached photo. This is not what I expected from Pizza Hut, especially given the price I paid. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience.

I’ve reached out to Swiggy for a resolution, but I am sharing this review in the hopes that Pizza Hut takes notice of the issue and improves both food quality and order accuracy moving forward.

I expect a refund for the missing Sprinkled Fries, and a higher standard of quality for future orders.

My recent visit to this outlet "Pizzahut" that is Near By Ford Company Chowk Purnia Which Is Below the City Kart Mall. Pizzahut is a really good pizza place, really love it! My favourite is not the pizza, but the crust with cheese in it, simply delicious. Highly recommend to try out the cheese crust! I am satisfied with all the orders made so far. I love their pizzas and order frequently from them. They all were fresh, crispy and full of melted cheese just as l like.I Ordered New BBQ Special Veggies Pizza & the Cheese burst was so good! I recently visited your Purnia outlet and was quite disappointed with the overall arrangement and cleanliness.

Unclean dining area: Many tables were left uncleared for a long time, with used plates, cups, and food waste scattered around. This not only looked unhygienic but also made it uncomfortable for customers to find a clean place to sit.

Poor table service: There seemed to be no timely cleaning or monitoring of the seating area, even when multiple staff members were available at the counter.

Crowded and unorganized counter area: The order counter was overcrowded without any proper queue system, leading to confusion and inconvenience for customers.

Overall maintenance: The floor was dirty in several places, and the overall ambiance felt neglected compared to Pizza Hut’s usual standards.

Pizza Hut is known for its quality and customer experience, but this branch fell far short of expectations. I hope the management takes immediate steps to improve cleanliness, seating arrangements, and crowd handling so that customers can enjoy their visit in a comfortable and hygienic...
