I visited heist inn purnea on 4th of Jan 23 at ground floor restro. First and only good thing was that food was good. Chicken lahouri tikka, chicken khurchan and butter naan was good in taste. Paneer items was ok. Now bad thing is that I feel in servise wise this is worst restro I have ever visited. They started serving without putting plates for every person. There was no spoon and napkin on the table. At half food done , they provide glass after complaint by me to their manager that plzzzz provide glass so that we can drink. One amazing thing that i came to know that MALAI TIKKA taste like SHARBAT. I know that malai tikka is prepared in white sause so it tastes slightly sweet. But your person told us that it wil taste sweet like dessert. So we did not order that. Amazing..... After they provide only 6 water bowl for cleaning hands instead of 7 as we were 7 person.. I again mesmerized with this service. Ha ha ha. What are you doing man. Only 10-13 customers were at that time in your restro and u r unable to provide plates, spoons, napkins, and bowls. Is'nt a joke. There is no explanation to this . Only one person was there to attend all of them. I m very dissapointed with...
