I had one of the most unpleasant experiences at this bakery, and I genuinely regret stepping in. The staff were not just unhelpful, but downright rude, acting as if serving customers was a burden. When I tried to clarify my order, their tone was dismissive and impatient, making me feel unwelcome from the start. The situation worsened when I spoke to the owner—his attitude was shockingly arrogant, and instead of addressing my concern, he chose to misbehave and argue. It’s clear the place suffers from the worst kind of management: no sense of professionalism, no respect for customers, and absolutely no coordination among staff. The environment is chaotic, the service is painfully slow, and the overall experience leaves a bitter taste that no pastry can sweeten. Been going to Chaashni for over 3 years now. There is no competition in the city which stands against them be it taste, quality, or service. Their butterscotch pastry is a must try. Recently, they have revamped into a bigger space and a better ambience. The owners and the entire staff fleet are super friendly. Their cakes look and taste the best in the entire city. There is no design that they can't replicate. It has been my day 1 visit every time I am back in Purnea. Miss their chicken...

I tried cake once here. Quality is good. Neat and Clean. Only thing that bothers is the surrounding. The surrounding is very unhygienic, dusty and stinks. In front of Urdu Govt. School.
