This is the detailed feedback of my stay in Bluberry, Raipur. A big no for female travellers at this hotel The terrifying experience I had with this hotel I checked in on July 24, 2023, and I had a four-day booking with this hotel. Due to my work schedule, I reached the hotel at 10:00 p.m. I checked in to the room, and I found an awful smell. I had immediately informed the housekeeping person, and he said it would go away in some time. I generally check the locking system before getting settled, but I have realised there is no latch available to the door, and I couldn’t lock the door. Just to inform you, at reception, I pick up the receiver of my landline and realise it's separated from the phone. I went downstairs to inform him of this, and he mentioned that this is our highest category. We will try to get it fixed. I was really tired; I had asked for another room. He refused to give the same answer when I raised my voice, and then he started checking for an alternate option. I had asked him to connect me with his higher authority. He refused at first, and then He connected with someone and started explaining to that person. I had asked the receptionist to help me connect with the person. The higher authority was trying to avoid conversation. Finally, I got a chance to speak, and he started giving some excuses. When I asked him his name, he felt offended, as if I had asked for some secret information. Finally, I got a replacement room, and I checked in to the new room. After a two-night stay, while leaving for work, the MD of that hotel came in front of me aggressively and forced me to come to his cabin for discussion. His approach was unprofessional, and he was also loud. A seventy-year-old Sardar person came in front of me and started abusing and shouting. He was angry because I had asked for his name over the call. While having a conversation, he pointed out my upbringing and also abused my parents for no reason. Considering the elderly person, I had control over my words, but I was not ok with my parents getting abused by a psycho. He treated me and my colleague during the argument. After all the heated conversation, he started saying I am an ex-general manager of some public sector company and also started cursing my company and its spending capacity. I have realised there is no point in having further discussion with this person. He said with a loud voice, I will pay back all your money. You leave my hotel now. I have never seen such an egoistic and arrogant person in the hospitality industry. I was getting late for my work, and I also had to travel to Bhillai location. Read moreI had booked this blueberry inn through Treebo on 9th April 2019 at 11 pm for 2 adult and one kid .for the 12th April to 14th April for 2 nights. And on 10th April I made a partial payment Rs.912 for the same. But on the 11th evening I came to know that due to some urgent situations my colleague and her kid is not coming for meeting.so I called up treebo saying that provide me a single occupancy room but they straight way told it is not possible either I have stay and pay the mentioned amount then I said ok cancel the booking then reply was awesome no refund .so I said I am customer of treebo so long keep that amount in my wallet so that I can use some other time as I travel frequently. But harshly they denied. Told to call hotel ...I called up hotel spoke to operation manager he assured me that he will help me out what best possible he can and said let me talk to treebo and I call you back so I wanted for 2 hours and didn't receive any call.so again I called up because next morning I was about leave for Raipur and need to confirm the stay beforehand. Again he said the same don't worry madam you please come down will do the needful either will provide a single room or will less the amount for the same. I believed that and without doing further arrangement I went to Raipur. What my fate was i reached the hotel at around 1.30 PM and i got a reply we can't help you will not able to provide single room and you have to stay in same room and pay the same amount which was mentioned at the time of booking. I waited there for half an hour they didn't asked for a glass of water and nor I could able to meet the manager whom I had conversation. They told receptionist the reply and kept quiet.. which was very embarrassing. A single lady without any accommodation where she will go and where she will stay ..if they would have said the same to me on previous day I might have booked something else before start for Raipur. So forget about refund and other stuffs but these people had behaviours are ruthless and shameful. They do not understand the meaning of trust if one lady had came down all the way from different state ,how one can behave like this. I do had small issuess with treebo during Manali,udaipur and jaipur earlier also but I was ignorant that was not that scary which was actually I had this time. I trusted this people again and again and land up in trouble siting long in magneto mall to next booking complete. I hate you all...the courtesy and emotions for your loyal customers had been vanished, so please people keep my incidence in eye and think before you book they took our harden money granted while sitting in call centers they can do anything with...
Read moreThe room service was poor and plates were very dirty. The sheets were smelling of oil. The bathroom usable given were already used. Staff was not cooperative. We had to extend our stay by 4 hours and we were charged for 1 more day although we had a very late check in. The service overall was way too poor. Not recommending this hotel to anybody in the world. The complimentary breakfast was way too bland. This was a business cum family trip and the purpose was not served. Even though we paid the bill the stay wasn’t worth ₹7000. The sign boards said that outside food is not allowed and the in-house restaurant was veg and non-veg. We follow some religious practices and these don’t allow us to eat at such places. We would want refund of the charges taken for 1 more day. Please DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER. No cleanliness was done when said the housekeeping. Trusting Treebo hotels was a bad decision. The intercom did not work. The road in front of the was badly managed. We didn’t get sleep the whole night. Not upto the mark and the standards of Treebo group of hotels and it is regretful to say that. We would be thankful if this review helps people. There are many suggestions to be given. The primary one is the hotel focuses on the improving on the grounds where the feedback is given. Dhaba serves food better than what Blueberry international hotel did. Bad, bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad. Poor poor service. Horrible experience. I hate my stay for the first time. Very bad.
