Beautiful ambience and beautiful atmosphere Live music was going on and the singer was good too.. We just had creamy tomato soup which was tasty. Parking is just okay.. They served it with just bread pieces which weren't even fried and we asked them to do it which took so much time that our soup almost ended.. They charge you for their service which was approximately 130/- for our total bill of 1900/- I think they should mention in the menu that there is service charge also because you guys should also provide nice service which you didn't so that's a big NO from my side that you are charging for what you can't provide.. We had a starter which one of them suggested I don't know the exact name but it was something Chinga pinga rolls It tasted nice but the pricing was above 500/- in which they served only 4 pieces because we were two persons only.. That's not fair I think..had it been 6 or 8 persons , they might have given 6/8 pieces.. So it was costly according to the quantity.. The sauce and salad served with it was also very very less.. We called for sauce 4 times atleast and they weren't just providing it.. finally I had to put my anger on one of them and then they got it.. It's always like this. I forgot to click the picture of my bill otherwise I would have posted it too.. I told their staff that we are going for bathroom break and please don't clear the table coz there was food which wasn't finished..and we came back in minutes and we find the table cleared..Wow you guys just confirm with other staff too.. Surely there is mismanagement..just keeping the walkie talkie in hand isn't letting you provide the service which everyone deserves at this price of yours.. Well we went on Sunday which is definitely a rush night but their staff said it's like this only everyday.. So you should atleast increase your staff which are not at all sufficient for what the crowd was there.. Unfortunately, the person who took our call had a strong accent and did not allow us to fully express our preferences or reasons for choosing this place for dinner. Instead, they abruptly informed us that they were one of the most demanded restaurants in Chhattisgarh and could only guarantee a table of their choosing, not ours. Furthermore, we were informed that we couldn't arrive after 8 pm, with a clear indication that they would refuse entry if we did.

Upon hearing these conditions, it became apparent that this was not the kind of establishment we wished to patronize. The unprofessional behavior and lack of understanding of the F&B industry by the staff left us with a negative impression.
