Hotel Sea Rock Inn — Hotel in Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu

We were here with the group of 8 people for the weekends. Location is good as it is nearer to the beach. Cleanliness was ok ok. We had booked suite room and deluxe room. First of all we had booked directly by calling them ( without any application). And while booking they told us that they will allow early check in in the room bus as we reached there they take 2 hours to prepare the room. Even after taking 2 hours they didn't even filled the shampoo and shower gel for use. I don't know what they were doing in 2 hours. Even for extra beds which we had already included in the package we have to ask them 3-4 times. Very very poor service. Now coming to the breakfast menu was ok ok and taste was good but not upto mark. We were about 150 person in breakfast but they don't have enough staff to handle only this breakfast and there was too much mismanagement as many platese were not filled up by time and many people didn't get any sit and they have to take breakfast by standing there. So I can say that they don't have enough staff for hospitality services even after this much amount for booking (20000 for 2 rooms). Now talking about swimming pool, they have good sized swimming pool and that was clean. Now talking about drink and all they are the costliest among all of the hotels. All the hotels near this hotels are almost 30-40% cheaper than this hotel. Now coming to the most worst part of the hotel that we complained about this hospitslity service and all but they didn't even apologize or ready to improve their mistake. Even they threatened us about police complaining. It is very clear that there intentions are just to make money not to get satisfaction from their customers. I will never recommend anyone...

Hi sea rock, Would like to post my experience of one day with you. The location of your hotel enjoys proximity to daman beach. This factors places you in competition with others. The services offered by you are significant and deserves mention. The staff deserves a special mention, Mr yetin who I believe has recently taken over is a fine gentleman with enough experience and passion. Seems he would surely transform sea rock for better. His sense of purpose and involvement is praiseworthy. Danish, if I remember correctly is a young boy with sense of loyalty and commitment. He needs to be little more flexible to grow in life. Rashid on the bar is a cheerful person who comes from a joint family of more than 30 members. A very loving human being who is dedicated to his job. Mukul form Tezpur is ever smiling person ready to deliver with smile. He took me around and assisted me in familiarisation. Gayatri was very cheerful and respectful who adds to the charm at the very entrance. Other staff members were equally enterprising. The overall services require an upgrade. The rooms require proper furnishing and polishing. Bathrooms require upgrades. Few places require carpenter work. Bar needs big time upliftment. Pls activate pool side space for evenings. Also requested to add gym. Pls take this as a constructive suggestions only desired at improving overall ambience. Hotel sea rock inn - only the name is good. We have done booling offline by call and they agreed for early check in. We got the rooms after 2 hours . They even didn't refill the shower gel and body wash. They didn't provide the tooth paste kit by default .we have to demand other day morning by calling them to provide the kit .then only they will give. Even they didn't provide towels also . We have to ask for that, then only they provide. At the time of check in they will demand for complete payment. In breakfast , we have to wait in line for 15 minutes to get tea beacause they have to refil it and the staff is not sufficient to provide services. The manager at the time of breakfast is for standing purpose only . He didn't provide any management or didn't feel sorry for the mismanagement. At the time of check-out , our pending payment was only 2700 rs (eventhough the rooms that we had booked was 21000 rs for 2 rooms) , we have just complain that we faced this much difficulties. Instead of listening to us and feel sorry for the same , the manager keep on doing the bill by staff and ignores us. We complain again to call the higher authorities for the compansation for the same. But they threated us to call police, is this the service they are provided to the suit rooms customer?
