Hotel O The Moon — Hotel in Dadri

I've booked my stay in hotel The moon from 17 to 22 through oyo by doing advance payment. Upon reaching on the hotel, the guy in the reception told me that all rooms are full and I need to wait until evening. I told him that I've did advance booking then why I have to wait and why room is not available, he said what oyo quote the price is less. After few mins when I was talking with Oyo customer support, a couple came and took room from him in front of me. I mean disgusting, I travelled 600 kms and reached the hotel, and when I need the rest, I was denied check in. Dear people, don't book these cheaters, you will feel the same what I felt. They don't have humanity left inside them which is a shame on...

Please never stay in this hotel, it’s the worst experience of my life. Rooms are dirty with no cleaning and all the bathrooms are having leakage and No warm water in winter. I stayed for three days and changed 3 rooms because every room i stayed in having some major issues.
