Honestly, this was one of the most frustrating hotel booking experiences I’ve had. I had booked Collection O Nirvana at east of kailash Residency online at a confirmed price. Everything looked fine on the website, and I thought it would be a straightforward check-in. But when I reached the property, the story completely changed.
The staff insisted on extra charges on top of my prior confirmed booking. They called it “hotel policy” and gave vague reasons like service charges, deposits, or different room categories, none of which were mentioned during booking. Even after I showed them the proof of my online booking, they refused to honor it unless I paid more. That is simply unfair and feels like a scam tactic.
The hotel itself did not look like what was shown online. The surroundings and the reception area gave a very poor impression — definitely not worth paying extra for. Because of this nonsense, I decided to cancel my stay on the spot and went to another hotel nearby, which turned out to be much better and far more professional.
I cannot comment on the rooms or food because I never stayed, but the way they handled the booking was enough to tell me that this is not a place that respects its guests. If you are planning to book here, be prepared for surprise charges and arguments at check-in. Personally, I would recommend avoiding this...

I had a terrible experience with this hotel and want to warn others. On 16th April 2025, I booked a room through OYO and made the full payment online at the time of reservation. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff demanded an additional ₹1000, even though the booking was already fully paid.
They falsely claimed that my booking was not confirmed and that it had been cancelled, even though I had the confirmation details with me. It was clearly a scam to extort more money from customers.
I contacted OYO customer support, and they tried reaching the hotel owner, but he refused to answer their calls. This clearly shows a lack of professionalism and a deliberate attempt to mislead customers.
Additionally, the condition of the hotel was very poor, and it didn’t match the photos or description online. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s better to book a place that respects its guests and honors...
Read moreHorrendous experience. Stayed here between 29-31 Dec 2023 and was ready to pay extra for early check in. Had to wait on road for 5 hrs with my friends and lots of luggage. My 1st online booking and payment was cancelled on it's own with no refund from OYO/Hotel. Was asked to do another booking and hotel guy did not accept Online payment in OYO and argued rooms will not be allocated if online payment is done. Somehow did the offline payment but got a shock that even 2nd booking was cancelled after I returned to my home. OYO guys say that amount cannot be refunded as bookings were cancelled. Kudos to OYO and their such hotel partners where customer didn't cancel any of the bookings and even after doing the payment twice, I don't get a refund for 1 of the payment.
