SONA SWEETS - Dhaba BY SONA SHRI UDIPI RESTAURANT — Local services in Delhi

I went over there for dinner last night.. after ordering the Chinese splitter, I have realised that they were putting everything in ONE plate in a very messy way… jese koi prasaad baat rahe ho… mene kaha ki please mujhe garam rice chahiye aur Chinese separate… but unhone gusse mein plate mein khana dAala…. I didn’t like this rude behaviour… After that I went to the cash counter and did complain but he said no we can’t give you a separate Empty plate….. I was keep requesting at the book counter that I can’t eat rice and Chinese together.. I just need any empty plate so I can separate my food….. But he clearly said no… As I’m a regular customer of Sona Dhaba, I don’t like this behaviour…. After that, I try to reach at the manager, he was keeping ignoring me.. So I went straight away to him when he was moving away… I requested him that why you can you cannot give me the empty plate… He said nobody ask for a plate I can’t give to you… I said this is my humble request… The time there was a tear in my eyes, because I was feeling so embarrassing…. I said can’t you give? he said I can’t, I said I am a regular customer…

But he was keep smiling and said no….

(after eating the messy food because I’ve already paid… I saw there was many empty plates and spoons on the table) but they just don’t want to give to me… Seriously, I would never go there again … I went there just eat vegetarian food Greater...

I recently visited sona sweets and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a samosa, expecting it to be served promptly since it's a quick snack to prepare. However, I was not informed that the samosa was not ready, and I ended up waiting for over an hour.

When I requested to cancel my order, the staff refused, and I was ignored despite standing near the chef. The samosa was eventually ready, but the service was unacceptable. I ended up leaving the restaurant and opting for a nearby alternative, where I was served quickly.

Lack of Communication-The staff failed to inform me about the delay or the status of my order. Poor Service-The staff seemed indifferent to my concerns, and I was ignored despite repeated requests. Inefficient Management-The restaurant's management failed to ensure timely service, leading to a frustrating experience.

Given the poor service and lack of communication, I would not recommend SONA SWEETS to others. There are better options available in the area that offer prompt service and respect their customers'...

🌟Atmosphere inside is wonderful, full of lights. But not much space inside and limited seates to sit . The food is not very expensive but li'll. Food isn't that delicious but can be eaten.🐿

🥘But avoid buying food that is wrapped in plastic wrap as you can't be sure whether it is fresh or not. So order only fresh food.
