Golden Fiesta — Restaurant in Delhi

Being a local in the vicinity of the Golden Fiesta, we used to feel proud about this awesome bakery and restaurant, with baton being passed on to the next generation, the quality of service has deteriorated faster than the services being shut down due to lockdown. It is a disappointment to see a place where few of our special milestone celebrations were organized (in their banquet set up), now we see is an arrogant, non-courteous staff running the show. Imagine after a long lockdown, you see the banner of "We're Now Open", you feel excited to relish the food you would have been missing. So, we called in and placed our order of two Alá Carté dishes and feel good that we will have our special weekend dinner tonight. Just to bring back some normalcy in after depressing times. But after about 15 - 20 minutes we got a call back from the restaurant to inform us our order can not be delivered. We asked if delivery is the issue, we could collect it from the restaurant...but no the answer we got is, "woh keh rahe hain, nahi milega aapka order" and a dead line. Extremely pathetic and downright unacceptable, being a customer, atleast they owe us the reason to why it is not possible to fulfil the order. Golden Fiesta, is going down the drain because if you do not value your loyal customers now, you are never gonna be out of this slump the current situation has brought in. Very bad experience When u go for booking they are very promising and will say yes to all ur demands. However promise vs deliverance is 50%

This is place is no more reputed for even middle class parties

The waiters were wearing torn and dirty dress The food quality was very poor The ambience was a big turn off Desert were stale, felt as if they are using their leftover of bakery The cold drinks didn't had fizz Washroom was stinking and so unhygienic that u will think to control ur pressure vs using it to pee. The banquet was dirty and filthy The valet was giving paper slip from a copy writing 1,2,3 numbers which can be fudged by anyone. No safety of ur cars. 9.owner is no more looking after the daily events of banquet as he is in some medical condition and hence the management taking care of the banquet is taking the benefit by keeping the reputation on stake. Chapati was taking 20-30min to be served. Guests kept waiting with plates in hand. If u manage to see where they are preparing chapati u will not even touch the food. The kitchen was all black and unhygienically managed. They didn't had enough crockery they served the desert in paper plates and ice-cream in paper bowl . Flies were all around the banquet Suggest FSSAI to check such places who charge hefty amount and serve low standards food and risk guests health.

I would never recommend or attend any function here.

golden Fiesta is actually a old outlet which is located just at the entrance of the central market of Lajpat Nagar it's a medium-sized place where you can get a variety of all the junk all the sandwiches burgers drinks shakes ice cream softy is anything you want to eat but this place is famous for its Chinese platter this Chinese platter comes into variance preferably veg and non-veg veg platter comes for rupees 250 and the non veg platter comes for rupees 300 we had a veg platter which contain 836 items which which had two portions of manchurian gravy honey chilli potato fried rice paneer manchurian spring rolls and what not it is too heavy for two people to eat and for 3 people it might just fill up the stomach it was a really great experience even though the sitting space is not there is there is a table where you can just stand up and eat the food but overall the experience really good because the price of paying for it is really amazing as compared to what you get and apart from all the food it has brownies and cakes and moon is available at really cheap rates and they allow you to...
