Navigating the Ups & Downs of The Flying Saucer
Service: Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The staff seemed quite slow as it took them 15 minutes to take our order after we were seated. Additionally, they did not offer water until we requested it ourselves. Their attentiveness and friendliness were lacking, and they were not prompt in attending to our order. It would be beneficial for the staff to improve their hospitality skills to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable. I couldn't help but wonder how they manage during busier times if they struggled with just a few guests on a weekday.
Food Quality: The food quality was above average. While the garlic bread and dahi kabab were decent, they did not reach the level of excellence. The portion sizes and taste were average, without any standout dishes. However, the presentation of the food was commendable.
Menu Variety: One area where the restaurant could improve is in their menu variety, especially regarding desserts. The options were limited, and I wish there were more choices available to cater to different preferences.
Pricing: I found the pricing to be exorbitantly expensive, in my opinion. Considering the overall experience and food quality, it did not feel like value for money. Additionally, there were no discounts or deals offered that could have enhanced the overall value for customers.
Hygiene and Cleanliness: I must applaud the restaurant for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. The establishment was well-maintained, and it was evident that they paid attention to this aspect.
Overall Experience: The ambience of the restaurant was fantastic. The place was large, neat, and tidy. The aesthetic appeal was enhanced by the dimmed lights, creating a perfect atmosphere for the occasion. The beautiful chandeliers added a touch of elegance. I appreciated the availability of different seating options, allowing guests to choose their preferred spot.
In conclusion, while the ambience and food quality were satisfactory, there are areas where improvement is needed. Enhancing the speed and attentiveness of the service, expanding the menu variety, and considering the pricing structure could significantly enhance the overall...

Just like it's name, this place is a look alike of A Flying saucer with Lit Interiors and equally beautiful cursive Exteriors. The Patio is beautifully decked and was my favorite place to Dine.
The Red LIT lounge seating inside and outside takes you to a Majestic and Royal feel. The Old Retro Hollywood Numbers make the entire environment Melodiously beautiful. Interiors are sassy and classy, with A Cornered Bar that connects the galleria from indoor to the outdoor seating. The Bar is definitely the catch of this place and I had the best drinks here. We went for a luncheon and the Retro Music and spring breeze and sunshine made it more than a relaxing lunch till evening.

To go along we ordered chicken Coriander Dimsums and Chicken Steak Platter and Crispy Sriracha Honey Mushrooms Bites. Both starters were really good. Dimsums were juicy and succulent, whereas the Mushrooms were crispy and glazed with a spicy Sriracha sauce and tossed with veggies and sesame on the top.
In the Mains we tried Goan Curry With MaLabar Parantha and that was fingerlicking good and cooked Authentic to the core. The Parantha were flaky, crispy top and moist inside. Fish was cooked in A Goan Curry that was lip-smacking and super yum.
