I will never recommend oyo. According to my last visit experience..|It was worst and more pathetic..|One of the property oyo 13277... Uneducated staff.. helpless and bad behavioural staff..|Rooms are totally different which shows in the app.|TV cable was broken.., side table was broken. Socket was broken... Seeling walls.. no mop on floors..|Running water was very smelly and dirty with full of dust. Looking like a rasna juice..|Delay in service. |They send the cutlery in the dirty lift without table.. |Totally unhygienic.|Due to these i had to leave hotel before my check out date. At the time of checkout receptionist was trying to access my oyo account for submitting the feedback him self. I Caught him and refuse to give OTP.|After complaint no alternative accommodation provided.|I had to book another hotel. |Before this I visited many other properties of oyo. This is undoubtedly one of the worst hotels you could possibly stay at in the entire Paharganj Colony area. From the moment you step inside, you are greeted with an overwhelming sense of disappointment. The hotel is incredibly filthy, with dirt and dust accumulated in every corner. The level of hygiene is shockingly poor, and it does not even come close to meeting the basic standards one would expect, not even those of budget-friendly Oyo rooms. The rooms are unkempt, the furniture looks old and broken, and the bed linens appear to have not been changed for days. The bathrooms are in an equally deplorable condition, with leaking taps, dirty floors, and a foul smell lingering in the air.

The staff members are completely non-cooperative and indifferent to guests’ concerns. When I requested a room change due to the unhygienic conditions, my request was blatantly ignored. Their customer service is non-existent, and they show no willingness to assist guests in any way.

If you are visiting this area, I strongly advise you to explore other options. There are plenty of good hotels available nearby that offer much better service, cleanliness, and overall experience. Avoid this hotel...

I would not given it any stars if the Hotel staff were not good. Two stars are just for the staff who agreed to an early check-in for an added fees when other hotels were not.

About the hotel now, the bedsheets were not clean, i.e. not a fresh one. It had hair strands all over the bed and that doesn't appear on a fresh washed bedsheet. The washroom doesn't have a hot water supply on its own. Geyser is installed in the adjacent room and the room I was in would get hot water only if the neighbour switches on his geyser. The hotel did offered an Immersion heater but that would be a lousy thing to do.

Third, my reservation was with Oyo as the runner on the bed also suggests. I was entitled to a complimentary breakfast which the hotel denied to.

Hope you can make an informed choice now. And another word of wisdom, if you are making a booking on Oyo, make sure you don't pay for it online. Hotels in Delhi won't accept anything other than Cash and confirm your booking by calling the property manager.
