Extremely disappointed with our visit to this hotel. From hygiene to food quality, everything fell far below basic expectations.

To start with, the place was visibly dirty. Plates and seats were covered in dust—we had to clean them ourselves just to be able to sit and eat. That alone set a really poor tone.

We ordered Chicken Malai Kebab (₹220) and Tangri Kebab (₹180). The Malai Kebab was all cream and butter, with absolutely no chicken flavor at all—it tasted more like a dairy dish than anything else. The Tangri Kebab was just as bad. The drumsticks were very small for ₹90 a piece, and it was clear they were using frozen chicken. The meat lacked freshness and had zero taste.

To top it all off, they took an unusually long time to serve the food. And when we asked for bottled water, they charged GST on top of the MRP—only agreeing to reduce the price after we pointed it out.

The hardworking server deserves credit, but the hotel management really needs to step up—better food quality, better hygiene, and more transparent billing are the bare minimum.

This hotel needs a serious overhaul in both kitchen standards and basic customer service. Would not recommend it to anyone until they fix...

Horrible behaviour by the owner and the staff... we ordered a one dish and after waiting so long they said that this dish is not available right now and gave us another options to chosse from... and after second timet time gave different dish which we didn't ordered and that was packed dish which as opened and served.. while washing hands they don't have water in the basin.. their staff gave us dirty water to wash the hands with that dirty water... on complaining the owner he is not ready to listen anything he is behaving just like he is favouring us and providing free food to us....pathetic and rude behaviour by the staff and the OWNER.. not recommended specially for...

"Excellent dining experience in Delhi!" Had an amazing meal at this restaurant today. The food was absolutely delicious with authentic flavors that really impressed us. Every dish we ordered was perfectly prepared and the taste was exceptional. The quality of ingredients and cooking was top-notch.
