Hotel Jindal International — Hotel in Delhi

My son Madhav Mohan Dube booked this hotel for one day & three persons. looking to its reputation & being near airport. We checked in on 11.08.16 night at room no 306. We had the bitter experience during our stay some of major are as under:- 1 There was bad smell in the toilet.It was informed to the staff.It was found there was a septic chamber in the room itself giving this smell with flies in the toilets.It was shown to the staff but in vain. They provided freshner spray as solution & refused to change the room. It became difficult to pass the whole night under such bad situation. 2 There was non availability of water in washroom for the whole night in spite of regular complaints to reception. 3 The entire staff was neither cordial nor accomodative & refused for every general facilities one would require. We have requested the same day for taxi at 7 AM in the next morning. But no proper response was given till 6 55 am & suddenly damanded a huge amount at 11th hour. We're forced to pay this huge amount in emergency of going to airport. In view of above it is advised that concerned authorities should look into the matter & take action for not providing healthy & hygienic atmosphere & grabbing huge amount &not to allot room no 306 to...

We arrived at around 7 AM and the first room we were taken to had clearly not been cleaned since the last guest so we were taken to a different room. We were also promised free wifi but they refused to give us the correct password. When we paid for the room we gave them a 2000 rupee note, the room cost 1000. We were told that we would receive 1000 in change when we checked out. The room we stayed in was dirty and one of windows was open and covered with cardboard making the room very cold at night. We checked out the next day at around 9 AM and they tried to charge us for two nights instead of one because we stayed for longer than 24 hours. Everyone knows that checkout policy is always by 11 or 12 so this was clearly a scam. We fought for several minutes until they agreed to only charge us for one night and when they refunded us the 1000 rupees, they tried to pay us with old 500 rupee notes. I stayed in hotel( room 110) for two nights which was my worst experience of life, i never expected that any hotel in delhi will b in such a poor condition. There was no ventilation in bathroom/toilet, whole of the bad smell has was r trapping inside room . Bathroom door was badly depleted, Room's main door handle/ lock was literally hanging. Electrical plug/ sockets of telivision n room key socket was loosely hanging in unsafe conditions.blankets were dirty, towels were very old (in torn off condition). Bed sheets were filthy with oil patches n stains. Bed metress were stinking, split AC was dripping water on my head while sleeping. No staff was responding appropriately. I hope owner is not taking any interest in maintenance n facility. NDMC/ MCD must inspect this hotel for safety, hygiene, fire, ventillation etc, cancel there licence and seal hotel immediately. I will never recommend such hotel to any one. Booking sites must stop offering such hotels. Most surprisingly how these hotels are rated as 03 Star, dont deserve to b decorated with any star. Not...
