I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Su Shree Continental recently, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel instantly welcome.

Very bad customer experience. They don't provide a proper solution for a problem. We have travelled from a long way. The receptionist answer was find your solution check in after 12. Do not opt for this hotel. He was rude and asked me to go somewhere in this weather.

I am not able to reply to your response for the review mentioned above. You costed extra 1000 for early check-in which was the same amount we paid for the room where we will not even stay for more than 10 to 12 hours - this is totally unacceptable. Secondly, the experience we faced was very rude. The receptionist was like "go and ask for refund wherever you booked the room, we are not responsible" and "you can go somewhere until you check-in" - this statement was made around 6.45 in the morning, it was freezing out there and we were already from a long trip. These were the exact words used by receptionist. See we dont care about paying extra all we thought was there should be a solution for every problem and that is why you are running the business and we are customers.

I stayed here just for the night. Being located in Paharganj, it is easily accessible. However, it is located in a narrow lane with difficult access. There is no parking facility. The hotel is old and its infrastructure shows signs of ageing, although attempts have been made for refurbishment. Room can be booked online or offline, the latter can be cheaper by two-three hundred rupees. The room and the toilet are clean. Towel, soap and shampoo sachet were given. One pair of bathroom slipper was available. The bedsheets appeared clean. Food can be ordered but my experience was bad. The coffee had bad odour and I didn't drink it. There is no hot water geyser but is provided from a central line but only in the morning from 5 am onwards. I didn't get any hot water in my room; it was at best lukewarm. The room has a window AC and a fan. Room service is good and people are courteous. The room I stayed in didn't get any sunlight; and the room had poor access to mobile network.
