Hotel O Green Park Residency — Hotel in Delhi

Very Bad service. Manager over here shout on guest for no reason.

I'll share my experience over there.

I booked my room earlier with advanced payment from OYO app.

I went at hotel and ask for room, manager denied to give check in to room. Asked me to Call OYO by saying, "Booking tarrif sey kam hua hai", I said ok and I done it, and helped me in process and they had given complementary amount to hotel. Then manager started my checkin process.

And after document processing, also he hold me around for 30 mins and more saying Room is getting cleaned.

They I went to room and saw pillow, bedsheet, even Towel given was dirty.

So I took some photos and went to show and change them. I Shown to one staff boy who was beside Manager. So this So called Manage Mr.Wasim sarted Shouting on me.

He said," Aap ye abhi dikhane ko aaye ho?" I said yes. So, He called that boy and said," A jaa Enka saman room se nikal k la." "Aap Oyo main complaint karo..."

I stopped that boy, "bhai raheyne de."

Then some guset was there, he asked me" Kya hua bhai?

I was not willing tell, that gust. But this guy Again started Shouting and say "ye Purane guest hai, enko pata hai k ladka aata hai aur change kar ke deta hai. ye 2 min ka kam hai change karna ye Guest k samne aarahey"

He mean k, Usko spana aane wala tha k mere room ki chije kharab hai.

After this I went to room because I was tired. And No one came to change all stuff, I had to manage in that dirty room.

Now you guys decide you want this type of service after spending your hard earned money.... Now decision is upto you.

I don't want to give any star...

Beware of this Hotel. Today only I was scammed. My family came all the way from Agra for my neice treatmemt at AIIMS Delhi. So we thought to book an OYO nearby. We came to know about this Hotel and the photos we saw on OYO app was Ok to live for 2 days. We booked it paid advance amount and went to Hotel. Firstly this was not the place which was shown on the app. Secondly the Receptionist "WASIM" was not at all in his senses. My mother and my family was waiting to check in he asked to wait for 20 mins as room as getting cleaned I said OK. Without even checkin that wasim marked my booking as checked in and asked to pay the amount. He asked me extra amount as he added in my booking as low tarrif booking when I asked him he said AISA HI HOTA HAI TUM OYO VALO SE BAAT KARO. When I went to see the room it was full of cigrate ashes. Unusual smell and all dirty and there were couples coming to who this boy wasim providing the room for 500 for 2 hours. all rooms was dirty you can not even breath. After all that I took my family and booked another Hotel. These are scammers never book this oyo the manager and all staffs are doing fraud and this is totally a hotel which gets used by couples for hours...

The rooms and bathroom were somewhat okay.. but not clean even though we told them 3-4 hours earlier that we are going to check-in by evening and they told us it's ready but they haven't prepared a room and when we reached after that they cleaned it ..The AC of that room is not working properly and they tell us that they are working and the room will get cool within 15-20 min but we even wait for 2-3 hours but no effect we continue asking them to change our rooms and then finally they give us another room next day at night..but that room was also not clean we asked them to clean the washroom but they said they will clean them at morning but noone come to clean in morning or evening..So overall the room is okay but not clean,the charge is under budget somewhat 1000-2000 but for the water you have to buy bottles otherwise there is only an aqua guard from which hot water is coming..The biggest advantage is -it is near Greenpark metro station and less than 5 min walking distance from there and yes wifi is also available there..So if you are on a trip where you are most of the time out of the hotel then it's fine for you...
