Gupta Sweets — Local services in Delhi

The place is great and the sweets are delicious. Usually went there with friends for quick snack or for great variety and taste of sweets.

The front service is great and very polite.

REAL TROUBLE STARTS WHEN IT COMES TO DINE IN- 1- There is shouting in dine in area that you feel like it's construction work and you sat there accidentally. 2- There is a guy who takes order or serves, in mid 40-50, He is LOUD, SHOUTING alot on other workers, makes you UNWELCOME into the place. He does act like an owner of the place and not a great customer service, maybe he is, but all he did was lost us as customers for the shop and getting mentioned in this review.

If you sit to order without coming and politely asking what we want he will shout from four feet away and tell you rudly the things which are not available (like you are begging for that).

Half of the menu items are not available and the quality is low for dine in.

Never setting foot in the shop. They say the sweetness of sweets are gone if they are surved with sourness 🙂. Might be true for this place.

Avoid Dine in in this place if you can🙂 rest is your willingness to put up with the terrible...

Worst experience of this shop . We had aa bill of 344rupees sweets and I ask for a little big carry bag the manager/ Cashier of the shop denied . And rather he demanded me 15Rs Extra just for carry bag ( Medium size). And on which the Add of his shop pasted ( As per rule it's illegal in India to charge any penny on carry bag in which company advertised on its Brand. But But But...... Their is one more catch After this I asked for Bill of my Sweets items he didn't give me bill ( GSTreceipt) .

And we had Rasmalai over their which has sour in taste . Then I Complaint to the Manager/ Cashier. He Said to me ( Nhi nhi bhaiya aaj ka hi bana hua h) He just totally lied . FSSAI @fssai India kindly look into this matter. This Sweet shop is situated approx 800mtr form aiims Hospital and mostly their coustomers are from their. it can cause / lead to a serious...

On 6th March, I bought ghujiya sweets from this shop Gupta sweets 74/4 located in Yusuf Sarai, new Delhi. While I took the first bite, I saw that it hardly had any stuff inside it. Only a thin layer of sweet and mixture was present. From outside, they had made it look like amazing, but it was not. I shared a video also with the owner on his WhatsApp number, showing him the quality he sells, but he did not pay any heed. Do not buy from such shops which get into deliberate attempts to run business compromising the quality and making customers fool. Worst...
