Hotel Peace Point - family hotel — Hotel in Delhi

I booked six nights at this hotel online. When I arrived, the hotel staff didn't greet me. I told them I had an online reservation and they claimed they had no record of it. I showed them my voucher and they brought me to a room. The room was small and dirty, not as described on the booking site. I refused to take this room and returned to speak to the management. They told me all of the other rooms were reserved. I accepted the second room they showed me as it was after dark and I was travel weary. This room was also small and dirty. The booking site described a large room with seating, a window, a large bathroom, coffee maker, hairdryer,etc. This was a bed and a table, nothing more. I soon learned the WiFi did not work in the rooms. Hot water was not available until morning. Evidently, this hotel is used by businessmen to meet call girls. At one in the morning they are still loudly giggling and running through the hallways. At one thirty in the morning, someone was buzzing to come into my room. They ran away when I yelled at them as I dressed. I went to the lobby to request he intervene. The lobby had no less than eight men sleeping on the floor. I woke one of them up who went upstairs, but it was quiet already. I checked out the next morning. I'm not sure if this is my worst hotel experience in India, but shameful...

Review Based On My Personal Experience In This Hotel....... :)

This place will gonna give you all the services at your door just by ringing a bell. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with air-conditioning 24hrs. I would have given this place a 5star but there are few things which I didn't like about this place

1st - All the services will gonna come at your door but the prices are a little high then its actual price maybe "At The Door" charges but still some items prices are just double .

2nd - Sometimes I don't get the space for hanging my washed clothes because space for hanging clothes is very small and there also 1/4th of the place are taken by the workers of that hotel.

Leaving these demerits all other things are excellent wether it be location wise, people wise and comfort wise .
