Hotel Shri Vinayak — Hotel in Delhi

Hi, my name is aniket. I stayed in your property. I had a horrible experience.

Mr ashok who sits in the reception, he has a very unruly and rude way of speaking. When we checked in, the Ac did not have remote. I asked for it they said the temperature is fixed cant be changed.

I wanted to pay via card. Mr. Ashok insisted me to pay in cash. After a lot of discussion, he agreed. To top it up he didnt even charge the card machine.

There is a no smoking board in the lobby and your staff smoke in the lobby and stubb the cigarette buds on the floor.

Mr. Ashok was behaving as if i was staying in your property for free. Your staff had witnessed every thing. I believe he was intoxicated. Which makes it more unsafe for families to stay at your property.

The hotel manager, specially the one in night shift, is thoroughly unprofessional and dishonest. We booked a family room for 4 people via MakeMyTrip. But the manager said that the family rooms are all occupied. So they will give a room for 3 people and will provide a single mattress on floor!! We tried to reason with him, but he said we have to compromise, as rooms are not available. We had made full payment a week earlier. Only after quarrelling and threatening that we would report against the hotel in MakeMyTrip, he allotted us two double rooms. Their bad behaviour did not end here. The next morning, they gave us the family room and constantly pushed us to vacate the double rooms within 10 minutes. However, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and well equipped. Location is good. The Hotel is clean affordable and staff out here care. After a bad stint with another hotel in the vicinity that I left a review on I checked out from there and checked in here. I've got a room that you can see the iconic Jama masjid the only negative thing about this room is because it's in front of the railway the sound will wake y you at night. The food is amazing do try their food the rooms are extremely clean they will come everyday if allowed to clean your room change the towel bedsheet etc. I do visit delhi very often at least 15 times a year and I have found a new home away from home.
