Shri Krishna Home is beyond incredible. Little boutique heaven located inside the city centre. The staff is exceptional. Extremely respectful, helpful and sweet. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and happy. We were so happy and grateful for our treatment. From arrival to departure, everything is taken care of. They are also great at recommending tour visits, they can even book you short trips if you want. The reception cum dining restaurant is charming and the food is ultimate divine. We liked that they are open and ready to pamper you at any time!! The rooms have different themes and are all delightful! I cannot repeat myself enough, but the staff of this hotel is extraordinary and phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this oasis to anyone that visits Delhi and wants a calm space from the busy daily life. We stayed for 3 night at the end of our holiday, we chose to stay here because it was near the airport, only 10-12kms from the airport. However our international flight into Delhi arrived at 4.30pm and we hit rush hour and it took us over 40 minutes to get to the hotel, but on return day took 20mins the following morning. When we arrived at the hotel we were very warmly welcomed by the staff. Our room was fairly small but did have everything we needed and there was a lovely sitting area on ground floor. As we were staying for 3 night we got the opportunity to fully appreciate all the hotel had to offer (yoga, meditation, massage). We had a very good meal in their reception dining restaurant, the food from the tandoori was extremely tasty. We had an early morning flight, and whilst breakfast didn't start until 6.30am, and we had to leave by 7am, they said we could come up at 6.15am, which meant we didn't miss the...

I booked through the OYO website for 2 nights stay at hotel. My Booking Id was EOSU5038. In the booking confirmation email OYO have given all the facilities details and extra add-on details. But the hotel was the worst hotel I found in the Delhi. Whereas OYO rate this hotel as 3.9 Good Hotel.
At the time of checkout, one of the OYO staff members named 'KARAN' was there at hotel and guiding hotel staff for manipulation of room’s inspection which will cross checked by his senior within next hour. So they get passed in inspection report without any issue. Any OYO does not given any contact manager no. to us during the stay period time.
Following are shown in my booking order - EOSU5038 Complimentary Breakfast - Not served by hotel Free Wifi - Not working in stay period / no alternate arrangement done by hotel Room Hygiene / Linen - Not at all. Too poor. Washroom - Not available Hotel Staff - Totally unprofessional AC - No power supply & ac remote without batteries TV - Remote without batteries King Sized Bed - OK Seating Area - Hotel staff do their all day work on those seats like slipping, gaming, eating etc. Parking - Not safe / poor place Facility Card Payment - I can't say Power backup - I can't say CCTV Cameras - Not found
I never suggest OYO for Delhi City. It's better if you go and explore by yourself with the help of local Taxi / Auto drivers as I was doing in my last 5 to 6 Delhi...
