OYO Flagship Hotel Sudarshan Palace — Hotel in Delhi

It was very painful 💔 staying in this hotel. They don't have basic facilities according to how much money they are taking. There no hygiene, no tv, fan was not working, no wifi,not availabilities of drinking water, no ventilation in this hotel, ac was broken. We can't say this was a hotel, this was a bunches of room have lower grade than guest house or dormitories. toilets was not working properly, when we called them said about that," we'll do in next day". but they didn't came to repair it instead of that their workers and their owner chilling at beer shops. Their check-in and check-out timing is not correct according to rule,they are doing scams with tourist. According to me don't go to this hotel with out knowing about it. Location also not good where hotel was present.

Their non ac rooms are available in 1600,and ac rooms in 2000 for one night so think before going into it. This hotel is not good for single and for...

It was a horrible experience staying in this hotel ,Room was damp and smelly . No network coverage in the room and no wifi too. No in house restaurant , the service boy would knock your door very often to ask you whether you want any extra service ( Spa ,beer and some unusual practice).if you Deny any of these they will treat you like an unwanted guest or you are staying for free . Because they get commission for doing such services. The bathroom door was not proper and wash basin water was leaking right away to the floor . And no proper sleep in the night because of large bed bucks and termites . Finally don't go for this property as it is totally unhygienic and waste of money . If you don't have any option better stay in Bangla sahib gurdwara for a night or two this is the best option . I would never visit to stay here again...

The day before I arrived I send them an email saying that I would arrived at 11pm, they never answer to my email. We arrived at the hotel and the security was sleeping in the floor of the hotel entrance, he woke up and it seemed really pissed off that we arrived at that time, finally he called is boss, we pay and get in our room,||||The room was the dirtiest thing that I saw in my life!! the floor was disgusting, the bad was black from the dust and we could see that they never washed or clean the blankets and bed sheets. Fortunately we had our own sleeping bags.
