OYO Hotel Delhi Empire — Hotel in Delhi

This hotel is doing fraud with oyo customer I already make booking with oyo app I confirm my booking with my all payment paid. But i when I reached in hotel mid of night then i do all paper work cleared then he is say that some payment is balanced on you. You have to pay it now to check in. Then the manager the receptionist is demanding to pay .then i call to oyo customer care then i tell him everything the customer care call to the hotel they are both not receiving the call from oyo for a long time after the one later i put the call on speaker then they also refused to talk with customer care. This is the worst room in my travel experience. And all this transactions is also very wrong and it's fraud in true words. In website it is showing 900 total bill but when I check in they said that you must pay extra for GST and all other things. And all this GST is not showing in the app in which I have booked. This is the worst experience I have ever faced and the hotel room is very bad not at all clean it is all dusty the tv is not working and the ac is not at all cool and broken and the bathroom is the worst very bad...

Very rude behaviour from everyone from this hotel. Both are fraud staffs here. No AC, no Geyser, no TV, no hygiene room and bathrooms. No room service. And the room service boy is so fraud that he is looting every guests in the hotel. I've booked this hotel via OYO and paid the full amount through OYO. And after check-in they're refused us to give room. And waited us half an hour in lobby. And after they've charged us 350+ rupees as GST charges which is already paid via OYO app. Don't come here.
