Townhouse Chhatarpur Near Metro Park — Hotel in Delhi

My stay at townhouse hotel was extremely disappointing.There was a chess event of my son. We had made a booking for 4 days. Many families from all over India were staying there(because of off line partner) and all of them had to face a lot of problems. When the families approached the hotel manager with their problems, he would say cancel your booking, talk to the person with whom you had made the booking, we could not do anything. The families (ladies) who had come for the event with their children had to face a lot of trouble. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. Till date I have not seen such rude staff in any hotel.There was no water in the hotel from 4 am till 12 pm on 08/06/25. We had to face a lot of problems. We had to take our children to the event without bathing them and without taking them to the washroom. 1.In the room TV was not working. 2.No dustbin in the room. 3.No geyser'hot water was unavailable ' . 4.No proper arrangements for breakfast They provide only 1cup of tea & two Parathas for two people when I ask for milk,the ask milk are chargeable.No restaurant area in the hoel 5.they provide only one bath towel between two people. 6.No proper arrangements for mosquitoes. 7.Rooms are stinky as well as dirty.dirty patches on sofa 8.No power backup

This hotel does not even deserve 1 star, it is pathetic they have kept this place open, I don’t know where to begin from, i will break it down for you- The door didn’t open once closed from outside since keycards were not provided so you had to leave the room open when leaving the hotel entrusting your luggage entirely to fate. There were too many mosquitoes The washbasin and bathroom drainage were clogged to the maximum and we had to unclog them ourselves, with food and other gross things coming to surface. Clean linen was not provided, stained sheets and walls, cigarette burns all over the sheets Lights went out one day and water supply went out at one night from 11pm to 8am Water bottles provided were not sealed, they provided any bottle with any cap 7.dust everywhere, tv did not work, shower was poor, dirty slime all over the bathroom and basin 8.only thing that worked properly was the air conditioning. Hotel was so called 4 star hotel but they have tried to make it look luxurious and forgotten the basics. There was a huge painting in bathroom but no tap. Shower was damaged. Irony Room had no dustbins but room was very spacious. I would say it was value for money coz they charge less but some basic problems. When we went there room was full of flies and the staff couldn't do anything. We bought insect repellent and sprayed it ourself. Food was good and entire hotel is chilled,felt like kashmir Location is bad, accessible but cheap area with bad road but you can reach airport in 30 mins. Staff is okay as well.
