Nappa Dori Warehouse — Local services in Delhi

It’s a good brand with quality products, but I personally feel they're too rigid. They don't offer discounts, even for first-time customers, and the product prices are quite high. My visit to the Vasant Vihar store was disappointing due to the staff's unfriendly attitude. They seemed unsure of how to attend to customers, and their system had technical issues, so I didn't even receive a bill. They should get a better point of sale system.

I ended up buying the product as a gift, but otherwise, I wouldn't have considered purchasing from them again, despite the product's quality. I believe a good product is not enough; customer experience plays a crucial role as well. There's also a disconnect between the online and in-store teams. Cafe Dori has been my go to place for over 4 years now for the serene ambience and great matcha but one specific server named Neeraj was particularly rude with me today at around 5.35pm, he asked to get out of the cafe if I don’t order anything and that this is not a Co working space while i was just taking my sweet time in deciding what to order since i have a sensetive gut.
