Gopala Products — Restaurant in Delhi

Overall Gopala is good. But one bad experience which I had was recently I bought 2 kgs of cow ghee from Gopala. One packet was as usual good in quality. But after few days when I started to use the second one it hd a different type of smell which I observ d was of coconut oil. Maybe some mixing of oil was there. I had been using cow ghee from Gopala for the last 4-5 years. But this was my recent bad experience. Even I registered my complaint in their complaint book. (God knows whether it is checked or not).

But overall experience till dat was awesome...

I have been buying sweets from this store for last 4-5 years but now quality went down drastically. They are selling worst and old sweets in the name of fresh sweets and when you go to them and show them their own product. Then they disown their own sweets and tell them it is customer mistake. So i moved to other good brands...

I purchased sweets but got khatti and bekar, I went to return or exchange but they denied.

Don't waste your money here.

They said koi baat nahi sir next time se purchase mat kigiega.

I will never buy again from Gopala any branch and will also recommend to other also.
