Warning!! Carry your own towels if staying at this Hotel. Yes, read it again. Stayed at the Hotel with my family(Wife & Kid), I was charged exorbitant 4k for Dec 25th.On an advance request hotel staff managed to provide an extra bed for the kid..so far so good. After you check in the fun begins. Parking: I was told they've a parking ,sure they've, but in a very bad shape. It's some deserted place which people are not using, place is very uneven to park the car. Rooms: No as such complaints with the room, but the service sucks, you've to request multiple times if looking for something.
TOWELS: After checking in, we requested for the towels. We didn't get them until evening, reason was they are still at the laundary. Until this point things were still ok. But we were given only 2 towels & when we requested for an extra towel for our son, the hotel guy(however he was, owner or the manager) showed his true color, he bluntly denied for the 3rd one saying only 2/room, we again requested..it's logical if an extra bed is requested one would need an extra towel too. Guys said, nope not happening, that's my policy...this is the 1st time I exp. a hotel guy denying to provide an extra towel esp. when you paid 4k. Story doesn't end here, that guy said if you don't like you can check out, what about the money we already paid...you will get full refund, he din't hesite in saying that as if it's his everyday's job. My jaw dropped, he was ok to compromise a customer & money for just a towel, that shows his arrogance and care for the customer..there are ways to deny things & he opted for the worst possible. Hotel industry has redefined the word Hospitality, they treat people like customer vs the guest, surprising as in the world of reviews/feedback how a hotel guy can behave irresponsibily & arrogantly. And, by the way provided towels were more of large face towel than the bath towels, anyway by this time we lost the hope with hotel & just wanted to check out as early as possible. This was experienced by other customers as well, check other reviews too. Last nail: We wanted to check out early in the morning as to continue our journey, I went to take my car out, but it was surrounded by other cars & there was no way I can it out, to this also hotel guys wasted 30mins of my time, they don't know how to clear the clutter & least cared about it.
I know it's a long review but this Hotel deserved it, I was actually fooled by the overall rating of the hotel..wish I could've seen the reviews as well.
All in all, this Hotel doesn't deserve to be in the hospitality...
Read morePoor customer service and staff. First time in my entire life and after staying at hundreds of times in hotels all over the country and abroad i have come across a hotel manager who says we wont give you extra towels as we gave you once yesterday so can't give it again today!
Even after requesting a few times, he was so adamant, and he didn't in the end, give us even one towel, let alone two. Such a basic thing if the hotel can't give then what to expect about any other part of the service. In fact, that was the only phone call i made to them and only request.
The hotel staff probably has no experience of customer service and management just recruits anyone and gives them no training or any idea about hospitality and stuff.
If he had refused towels earlier we wud have probably checked out then and there but it was next day when we were checking out and wanting to go for shower.
Dwarka has a beach and ppl go to the beach and you need a new set of towels. You would think it would be common sense for everyone but apparently not per this hotel called...

If your group consists of 3/4 persons you will be made to wait on roadside outside the restaurent for how much time god knows.we were 3 persons visited this place on 27& 28 march there were people waiting outside the restaurent.we enrolled ourselves at the gate with person who manages entry inside the restaurent.after us there was another group of 4 family members then other 2 groups of 6 & 7 persons . When our turn came after waiting for 20 minutes.we were denied entry & group of 7 persons was sent inside. The family of 4 members behind us got disappointed & left the place.we waited patiently for another 10 minutes .again the group of 6 behind us was sent inside.we asked the reason from the doorman he said they are more in number so we allow them first. We asked when can we expect our turn .he didnot bother to reply after waiting for another 5 minutes without getting any response we left the place for other restaurent.so please visit this place if you want to get begger...
