Disgusting place – avoid at all costs

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was filthy — dust everywhere, clearly not cleaned properly. The worst part? At 2 AM, we were literally fighting off huge cockroaches crawling on the bed and inside the dirty blankets. We killed six of them, but they just kept coming.

When we complained to the staff and requested a room change for just one night, their response was unbelievably rude. They outright ignored us and told us to “sleep with the cockroaches.” Seriously?

And it doesn't stop there — the lobby was full of random, unknown insects crawling everywhere. To top it off, there were used diapers lying around, half-eaten by stray dogs or cats. Completely disgusting and unsafe.

The staff was arrogant and completely unprofessional. If you care even a little about hygiene and basic respect, do yourself a favor and don’t book this place. It will ruin your Dwarka trip before it...

Extremely unhygienic and dirty place to stay. Rooms, toilets and bathrooms are not cleaned at all. No hot water available, bedsheets and mattresses are never changed. Rude behaviour of staff, not attending even a single complaint. Rent is extremely high considering there is not a single facility available in this hotel. Avoid staying...

Had a terrible experience. There is no sense of hygiene. Rooms were dirty and when I asked owner to clean it, he dismissed me saying this is what it is. Location is an advantage but there are a lot of stay options available in the area. Strict no to this place even when on budget, there are better options...
