Govinda Multi Cuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Devbhumi Dwarka

Disappointing. DO NOT GO WITH GOOGLE REVIEWS OF THIS RESTAURANT.

I got deceived by assuming that this comes under the Govindas chain of Iskcon. IT IS NOT.

The place is very unhygienic. Kitchen looks dirty. Peep in to the kitchen as you walk up the rickety staircase and know for yourself the condition

The wash basin, restroom and kitchen meet at a 2ft by 2ft space. Stinking restroom.

Most of the serving staff are young guys from Nepal and all of them wear dirty torn jeans, tattooed, chewing paan etc. Very repelling and disgusting.

I am of the strong opinion that the owner has hired poor boys from Nepal and not taking care of them and not providing proper amenities and dresses. Some of them seems to have been provided with oversized used dresses by the owner and they all look improperly attired in such a restaurant. You get a very weird feeling.

Their prices are very high for what you get. I would recommend you to eat at Madhav restaurant or Shri Restaurant on the way to the temple which appear to serve fast moving and hygienic food than this guy

Locatiowise it's in a small gully and you need to take a funny staircase to go up to the dining hall. Elders beware. You may tip and tumble.

During our recent visit to Dwarka, we discovered a gem—Govinda Hotel—and it quickly became one of our favorite dining spots over the span of three days. The variety here is impressive, ranging from flavorful Chinese to comforting Punjabi dishes, and their traditional Gujarati thali is simply a treat for the taste buds.

The ambience strikes a perfect balance between cozy and classy, ideal for both families and casual diners. What truly elevated our experience, though, was the staff. Always attentive and genuinely warm, they made sure we felt welcome every time we walked in.

A special shoutout to their off-menu recommendation: "Kaju Methi" sabji. It's not listed, but don't miss it—it’s hands down one of the best dishes we tried. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor, it's something we'd go back for again.

This restaurant stands out as one of the best in the city, offering a delightful variety of cuisines, including Chinese, Punjabi, and an authentic Gujarati thali – all of which were absolutely delicious.

The ambience was beautiful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The service was excellent, with prompt and courteous staff who made sure we had everything we needed. Their friendliness and hospitality added a special touch to our visit.
