I recently had the pleasure of dining at an Shiv Sagar vegetarian restaurant that left me thoroughly impressed. The moment I entered, the ambiance transported me to a serene and inviting setting, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal. The restaurant boasted a vast array of vegetarian dishes, showcasing the diverse flavors of Indian cuisine. I tried various dishes from indian starters to chinese main course. The cost is although on the higher side as most dishes are 10-20% more expensive in comparison to any other local veg restaurant. I went with my parents, for 3 people the bill was 1700 rs. Considering the fact that we ordered 2 starters, 1 main course curry, 5 roti’s and 1 chinese noodles. The food was extremely filling, and all vegetables were perfectly cooked. Especially the paneer Tikka is mouthwatering, due to its tender texture which makes it melt in your mouth. I was delighted by the extensive menu that featured a wide variety of dishes, from traditional classics to innovative creations. The flavors were authentic and each dish was a delightful journey for the taste buds. The chef's dedication to preserving the essence of Indian flavors while adding their own creative twist was evident in every bite. While the service was decent and efficient, it didn't quite match the excellence of the food and ambiance. The staff was courteous, but there were moments when I felt the service could have been a bit more attentive and engaging. Despite this minor flaw, the overall experience was fantastic. The delectable vegetarian offerings, combined with the charming ambiance, made for a memorable dining experience. If you're a fan of Indian cuisine and are seeking a diverse selection of vegetarian delights, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Do not visit this restaurant at all. I visited with my parents on 21st December, 2021 for an early dinner. It was very embarrassing and an unpleasant experience. The guy seated at the reception was staring at me and my mom in made us extremely uncomfortable. The prices are way too high and the chef doesn't know how to cook the simplest dish. We had ordered Cheese Nachos with Mexican beans, Onion rings, American corn cheese balls and ice Nachos had only beans and white sauce. It didn't had any veggies. White sauce didnt had a taste of cheese. Onion rings was not at all crispy and had a bhature like coating over the onions. There was no salt in it. Corn cheese balls was also not good, cheese was leaking from the outer coating. We also took away shivsagar spl pav bhaji. The quantity was less as compared to the price. They charged us Rs. 30 for the mineral water bottle whereas the MRP was Rs. 20/- Ice creams had ice crystals in it. In nutshell, do not visit this restaurant at all.

I'm really disappointed with the staff's attitude. The restaurant is charging Rs 30 + 5% GST for a bottled water with an MRP of Rs 20, adding Rs 11.5 extra on top, which seems unjustified. (see invoice ) When I asked about it, the service manager explained that it's because they're serving the bottled water inside the restaurant for dining, but there's no mention of a service charge. It seems they're indifferent to the guidelines set by the Hon'able Supreme Court on Service Charges. This experience isn't unique to this restaurant; I've encountered it at multiple places in Mumbai. Nonetheless, the food was enjoyable. 👍🏻

Horrible place. We asked the waiter if we would get sabji roti at 645pm. He said yes and took our order. We are waiting waiting and waiting for our order. When I checked with him at 715 someone told us it would be available only after 7 and our food would take 10 more mins. He had the audacity to tell me that “if you want it will take 10 more mins”. He further added that there was no cook inside and that it was not his fault. Absolutely no regret on his face and as if they had done a favour on me my letting me sit in their restaurant. Very very bad experience. Waiter with such an attitude would never rise in his life. While others may visit this restaurant at least I won’t visit ever. Wish I could...
