Pathetic service and zero professionalism. First of all, the delivery guy shows up with no change, and apparently the restaurant didn’t bother to send any either. My network was slow so I couldn’t pay online, and he tells me he’ll WhatsApp the scan later because it’s raining. I said fine — but of course, he never did. When I called to ask for it, instead of solving the issue, he starts ranting nonsense and blaming me for making his guy “wait.” Seriously?

This isn't even the first time. Last time (probably 2 years ago), they had the audacity to send me rotten pizza, and when I complained, the genius response was: “others didn’t complain, so how can you?” Like… are you serious?

Terrible Food Experience – Avoid This Hotel

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The food was absolutely terrible. The chicken lollipop was the worst I’ve ever had—completely inedible. The noodles and gravy were also very poor in taste and quality.

To make matters worse, we’re now facing food poisoning after eating here. When we complained about the chicken lollipop, the waiter casually dismissed it by saying, “Masala hai na isliye.” That’s just unacceptable.

The chicken was extremely hard and clearly not fresh. Overall, I strongly advise against visiting this hotel. Definitely not...
