Expensive and worthless. Their AC does not cool the room even at 16 degrees. They say 15 mins but food will not arrive even after an hour... Then the blame game to point fingers at each other between the staff will start.

Cleanliness was okay but their was no phone in my room so I had to call their landline or mobile everytime. I had to ask for everything individually from coffee to water to towels to soap... Everything. Nothing was kept as part of their regular service.

The smell of the place is puke worthy and they don't have any other room freshner except the one that causes a headache.

The receptionist will try and be a sticker to the rules but it does not apply when it comes to their own services.

The best part was when 2 rooms opened with the same key. Fortunately they were both for our group, but that speaks volumes about the safety of your things in the room.

They don't allow guests in your room, so if you take the risk of booking the place do it only if you plan to go and sleep in dingy smelling place. Your friends are not welcome.

Only decent thing was they did not charge for water and served as many as you asked for. Hence the 1 rating. Else it does not...
