HOTEL JUMP IN & OUT — Hotel in East Zone

Despite my request for a non-smoking room, the room smelled strongly of smoke. The restrooms were filthy and unsanitary! This is a location I would only recommend as a last resort. I'm not sure how they got such excellent grades. The personnel, particularly the MD, were rude and arrogant, yet they were to fault for the filthy conditions in the rooms. I even strolled into a room full of filthy old mattresses piled up to the ceiling!I wish I could share the photographs and videos I took; I couldn't even sleep there. I called the front desk and informed them that Mr. John (Jr Kamal Hassan) would be performing activities that were above and beyond those of professional performers. I hung up and promised never to call again!!Worst customer service I've ever encountered. DO NOT waste your money .Stay there with of falsehoods if you wish to enjoy the roster...

Hotel JUMP In & Out was the worst in hospitality.

Never and Ever had this kind of very bad experience while staying in this hotel.

Managements,Room service staff and even though OWNER of this hotel also don't have the manners and they don't know how to treat the staying customer.

They are not upto level of hospitality and ethic for treating the customer pleasantly and pleasurably.

Rooms maintenance and service are THE worst quality...AC is not provided whole night and beds have bugs in it.. Gloomy ambience and reception and restaurant not facilitated with appropriate AC.. Only reason to book this hotel is near to aerodrome...otherwise guys don't book this hotel at all...even the wifi is...

My stay at Hotel Jump in & Out was quite disappointing, primarily due to the excessive noise coming from nearby rooms. Throughout the night, I was constantly disturbed by loud conversations and other disruptive sounds, which greatly affected the quality of my sleep. It was truly frustrating and made it impossible to have a peaceful and restful night.

Unfortunately, the noise issue overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel. Despite the pleasant ambiance and courteous staff, the lack of soundproofing and consideration for guests tranquility was a major drawback.
