Bikanervala | Crossing Republik Ghaziabad — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

Today I ordered a plate of Aloo tikki and the chef / waiter before serving me, started eating bites from my plate with his bare hand before serving the plate to me...when I pointed the person out, the store manager called the chef / waiter and that person said that he was tasting to check if the Alloo tikki was fried properly... But the interesting part is that the Store Manager was just witnessing the argument and just apologized...But, is this a professional approach that the person serving somebody tastes it from the Customer's plate... to check if the dish is well cooked or not.. I appreciate the hospitality. The staff is actually very humble and will stand by you to wait that you release all your anger and leave the store....and they will just apologize not to repeat it in future....Very pathetic and unprofessional people in this restaurant.... I will not recommend visiting this restaurant... as a courtesy, they didn't even adjust the billing of the item which was the subject of the complain. The Store Manager was inactive and irresponsible and just stood by me like a moot spectator... If this post is reviewed by any senior person, please correct the hospitality etiquettes of the staff and in order to retain the customer when you are at fault, don't run to save the billings.. rather try to resolve the complain...Very Bad experience...

This is the new outlet of Bikanervala in Paramount Spectrum Market , Crossing Republic Society Ghaziabad. As from this i purchased Mathura Peda and this is not upto the mark as also tried from other Bikanerwala's but as new it take some time for setup.

Restaurant is opening soon after Diwali. Bikanervala is a brand so no doubt in future everything is smooth and upto the mark.

Visited the place for the first time , had a terrible experience, Manager Rahul chauhan not at all helpful , zero management, wrong information given to us , we had to order two times , still food not satisfactory.waste of money and time. And when we were talking to the manager,, me and my wife , he did not even have the courtesy of getting up and talking to us , sitting down and talked to us while we stood. Would recommend donot waste your time and money here. Haldiram...
