KFC — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

I went to the crossing republic branch. First, they took my order and told me to wait for 5 minutes. But there was no sign of my order for 35 minutes so I went to the counter and asked for it. They said we have so many deliveries and take away so please wait for more 10 minutes. I patiently waited for next 20 minutes but still my food was not prepared. I asked them to cancel my order but they refused and said sir your order is ready. Finally I received my order after 57 minutes of waiting. Now once I started eating, I found the food was extremely salty. I ordered a cheesy burger but they gave me classic one. That too the burger was cold and there was no veggies or proper dressing. I complained about it so instead of changing my burger, they added one cheese slice and handed it over. Pathetic service. Staff was screaming at each other. Will never go...

I waited for 25 min in my car for the order but didn't get the same, later I visited the outlet, and got to know their they haven't recieved my order manager (a guy in check shirt) told me that he just recieved the order (as their call center is in jaipur) so it takes time Then they started making my order and I asked me to wait for 10 min

According to them takeaway closes by 8:30, so y they accepted my order after that

Place was very unhygienic

Didn't expected this from this multi-national brand.

Got uncooked chicken popcorn and fried chicken was smelly They just packed it in hurry

Had placed an order online, arrived at the outlet after 15 minutes of placing the order. The resturant staff were busy chit chatting at one of the tables. When I asked for the order, one of the gentleman replied that no order has been received, i showed him on the app that the order is already placed. It was then only the gentleman caref to go to his system and check for orders. As he refresh the system the order was received. As I had ordered 4 pcs smoky grill, he told me to wait again for 15 minutes and then only I can have the chicken.
